Framework agreement for employee bicycle leasing for WIRO

Summary

WIRO Wohnen in Rostock Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH is procuring a framework agreement for an integrated employee bicycle leasing programme. The scope includes 36-month leasing of bicycles and pedal-assist e-bikes up to 25 km/h, together with insurance, wear protection, mobility assistance, digital employer and employee portals, a mobile app, support and end-of-term bicycle return, with an optional purchase by users. The programme is intended for a workforce of about 715, of whom around 290 currently use the service; these figures do not guarantee minimum volumes. The initial term runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with two possible one-year extensions and a maximum total term of six years.
