Purchase of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Rzuców

Summary

The procurement is for the delivery of one new light rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Rzuców. It must be a red minibus for at least 9 people including the driver, manufactured in 2025 or later, and compliant with the rules for special and emergency vehicles. Key minimum specifications are a gross vehicle weight of no more than 3,500 kg, length of at least 5,700 mm, wheelbase of at least 3,700 mm, interior height of at least 1,700 mm, engine capacity of at least 1,980 cm³, power of at least 150 hp (110 kW), torque of at least 350 Nm and a fuel tank of at least 70 litres; 4x2 drive and an automatic gearbox are required. The vehicle must have fire-service markings, emergency warning lights and siren, PSP radio equipment and the other fittings and equipment specified in the technical requirements. The supplier must provide the documents needed for registration and user manuals in Polish, give a warranty of at least 24 months and a 10-year anti-corrosion perforation warranty, cover servicing during the warranty period and train at least three users at handover. Delivery is due by 15 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 9 October 2026; price is the sole award criterion. No tender guarantee is required, and partial offers are not permitted.
