Acquisition of a vehicle fleet for the roads and public works service

Summary

Paterna de Rivera is procuring three vehicles for its roads and public works service in three lots: a crane truck (Lot 1), a forklift (Lot 2) and a dumper (Lot 3). The budgets including VAT are €200,000, €40,000 and €20,000 respectively, for a total of €260,000. Bidders may apply for all lots. The forklift and dumper must be new. The crane truck may be new or used, but must have been first registered no earlier than 2021 and have no more than 120,000 km on the odometer. All vehicles must be delivered registered, roadworthy, with two sets of keys and the required documents, and must meet the technical specifications for their respective lots. Delivery is due within six months of contract signature. The supplier bears transport and registration costs and must fit the vehicles with a weather-resistant sticker acknowledging the funding and the municipality. Vehicles must comply with current emissions and hazardous-waste management rules. Evaluation awards up to 60 points for price, 12 for an extended warranty, 20 for free preventive maintenance and 8 for a shorter delivery period. The minimum warranty is two years; additional points are available for up to four extra warranty years, up to five years of free maintenance and a delivery period shortened by up to four weeks. Bidders must submit technical evidence of compliance and a price offer for each lot applied for, and meet the qualification and participation requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Subcontracting is not permitted.
