Bäder Halle GmbH is procuring roofing and roof sheet-metal works for the partial renovation of the listed historic Stadtbad in Halle (Saale). The single-lot contract covers timber roof works, clay-tile coverings, copper roof drainage and flashing, flat-roof waterproofing and insulation, and fall-protection systems, including inspection and maintenance services for those systems. The main tiled roof covers approximately 1,030 m²; the works also include smaller ancillary roofs and flat roofs.
