Construction of heating and gas networks and cable-protection routes at Körner Barracks, Aachen

Summary

The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of Defence and the NRW construction and property agency, is procuring works to renew and extend the utility networks at the Körner Barracks in Aachen. The contract covers civil engineering and reinstatement works, construction of an insulated district-heating network, renewal of the gas connection and a drinking-water pipe, and installation of cable-protection ducts and cable-pull chambers, including building entries and temporary connections to the existing heating network. The scope also includes associated testing, removal of redundant pipes and cables, and restoration of roads, paved areas and green spaces. The contract is not divided into lots.
