Summary

The contract covers technical building-services design for the centralisation of hospital supply and waste-disposal logistics in Building I at DRK Kliniken Berlin Westend. Services comprise HOAI service phases 2–8 for wastewater, water and gas systems, heating, ventilation and building automation, including detailed existing-systems surveys, planning and cost documentation. The works are to be planned for construction in an operating hospital; the project budget is €10,280,000 gross, including 10% contingency.
