Timber façade renovation at MHH Building I02

Summary

Medizinische Hochschule Hannover is procuring the renovation of approximately 2,500 m² of façade on Building I02. The works include removing existing façade cladding, installing insulation and a wind-tight layer, and constructing a ventilated timber façade with vertical pre-greyed larch battens, together with the supporting framework, connections to windows and doors, planning, documentation and waste disposal. The work will be carried out while the building remains in operation.
