Individual support measure “Coaching Plus”

Summary

The Federal Employment Agency is procuring a framework agreement for the Coaching Plus individual support measure, which helps unemployed people overcome barriers to employment and enter insured employment. The service combines individual coaching, small-group activation for groups of up to eight participants, digital skills development, job-search and application support, and workplace-based practical assessment.
