30-hour basic group computer course with learning kits

Summary

The procurement covers the organization and delivery of a 30-hour basic group computer course, together with the purchase of a learning kit consisting of a USB flash drive and wireless headphones. It is divided into two parts, each for five young people aged 15–18; the courses take place in person in Starachowice or Pińczów. Bidders may tender for one or both parts, but each part offered must be complete. The courses must run from contract signature until 30 November 2026. One 45-minute teaching period counts as one class hour, with a maximum of five class hours per day. The course covers basic computer and Windows use, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and internet use, including finding and assessing information, creating digital content, email, online services and digital safety. The contractor must provide its own training rooms and computers, with an internet-connected computer for each participant. Participants who complete the course receive a certificate confirming basic-level competencies and a supplement describing the subjects and number of hours. Each participant receives a kit at the first class: a USB drive of at least 64 GB and adjustable-volume wireless headphones with at least 50 hours of battery life. The kit must be purchased before the course starts and must cost between PLN 190 and PLN 200 per participant; the total for five participants must not exceed PLN 1,000. The bidder must have a current entry in the Development Services Database (BUR). Instructors must meet the specified computer-science education and experience requirements, and staff working with minors must be subject to the required background checks and safeguarding measures. A detailed course programme must be submitted for approval before the course begins. The contractor must keep attendance and course records, conduct pre- and post-course tests, and report the results. A cold buffet must be provided on days with at least four class hours. The bid must also include a commitment to comply with the environmental DNSH principle.
