Services under the “Za Życiem” government programme, divided into lots

Summary

The procurement covers nine lots of specialist services under the government’s “Za Życiem” programme, supporting children aged 0–7 with disabilities or at risk of disability and their families in Nidzica County. The lots cover sessions with a speech therapist, neurological speech therapist or hearing-impaired speech therapist; a psychologist; a teacher or special-needs teacher; sensory integration; social skills training; movement rehabilitation delivered either without a physiotherapist or by a physiotherapist; hand therapy; and Tomatis sessions. The bid must state an hourly rate for each lot applied for and provide information about experience working with young children. Services will be delivered according to an agreed schedule through 15 December 2026; support for each child may not exceed 5 hours per week, and each session hour is 60 minutes. The contractor must prepare an individual work programme for each child, an observation sheet, a session log and an annual report, and guide the parent or guardian in working with the child. People delivering the sessions must be employed under employment contracts. The bidder must submit declarations concerning exclusion grounds and participation and compliance requirements; the detailed conditions in section 7 must be checked in the tender documents.
