Routine, deep and special cleaning of schools and sports halls in the Havelland district

Summary

The procurement is for routine, deep and special cleaning at schools and sports halls in the Havelland district, divided into two lots covering sites in the eastern and western parts of the district. Bidders may submit offers for multiple lots, but variant bids are not permitted. The work includes cleaning different floor types, furniture, fixtures, classroom boards, glass surfaces, and sanitary, kitchen and other hygiene areas. Waste bins must also be emptied and replenished, waste sorted by type and disposed of. Furniture must be moved out and returned in preparation for and after deep cleaning. Special cleaning after construction or renovation involves thorough cleaning of rooms, fixtures and glass surfaces and removal of construction debris, paint and adhesive marks. The contractor supplies waste bags; the contracting authority supplies hygiene and consumable materials. Cleaning must follow manufacturers’ instructions and the mandatory four-colour system, using suitable and preferably environmentally considerate products. The bid must include prices and hourly rates, cleaning-product information, a hygiene-concept declaration and a concept of no more than 30 A4 pages, excluding attachments, cover page and contents. A bid without the concept will not be evaluated. Evaluation considers the gross price, the concept and annual routine-cleaning hours; the weighting of the criteria is set out in the tender documents. Bidders must meet the insurance, turnover, creditworthiness and reference requirements and demonstrate professional suitability and access to cleaning equipment. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 14 October 2026 at 10:00; the deadline for questions is 6 October 2026.
