Postwegschule – Landscaping and fire service access

Summary

SBO Servicebetriebe Oberhausen is procuring landscaping works for the functional outdoor areas around the new canteen at Postwegschule, including paths and movement areas north and east of the building and a fire service access route. The works include demolition and earthworks, paving and gravel-lawn surfacing, drainage, fencing and gates, a natural-stone dry-stone wall, signs, planting and establishment maintenance. The fire service route covers approximately 220 m²; the scope also includes about 120 m of new fencing and 45 m of dry-stone wall.
