Renovation of the psychiatric enhanced-services ward – general contractor works

Summary

The University Hospital of Cologne is procuring general-contractor works to convert the second floor of its psychiatric building into a ward offering enhanced patient services. The single-phase refurbishment covers building construction and interior fit-out, as well as sanitary, heating, ventilation, medical-gas, building-controls and electrical installations. The completed ward is to be ready for occupancy.
