Expert inspection services for electrical installations at the Duisburg courts

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is procuring expert inspection services for the electrical and safety-related installations associated with the extension and renovation of the Regional and Local Courts in Duisburg. The services cover design review and advice during workshop and installation planning, construction-stage inspections, and statutory inspections before first operation, including reports and certificates. The extension has a gross floor area of approximately 12,869.70 m²; interfaces with the existing, heritage-protected court building must also be considered.
