Replacement of the TM2-West elevator group

Summary

The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine is procuring the replacement of the elevator group in the western part of the Max Delbrück House in Berlin-Buch. The work covers a wheelchair-accessible goods and passenger lift with a capacity of at least 1,425 kg and a passenger lift with a capacity of at least 630 kg, both serving six stops from the basement to the fourth floor. The contract also includes dismantling and disposing of the existing lifts, associated equipment and controls, testing and commissioning, and interim maintenance.
