Design services for converting a bungalow into a year-round bistro in Kiebitz (work stages 5–8)

Summary

Verbandsgemeinde Liebenwerda, for the City of Falkenberg/Elster, is procuring design services for converting an existing bungalow with storage space in the Kiebitz recreation area into a year-round bistro. The services cover HOAI work stages 5–8 for building design, structural engineering and building services (electrical, heating and sanitation), including a roof terrace, for a two-storey conversion with a floor area of approximately 115 m². Catering equipment is excluded; planning is scheduled to start in January 2027.
