Lot 2 – Carpentry and heritage restoration of interior doors at Kinderland Daycare, Phase 1

Summary

The City of Eisenhüttenstadt is procuring Lot 2 carpentry works for the first construction phase of the interior refurbishment at Kinderland Daycare, Heinrich-Heine-Allee 6. The work covers the listed internal doors, including restoration of historic door leaves and frames, replacement or adjustment of doors and fittings, and associated fire- and smoke-protection features. It also includes renewing glazing in 11 fixed interior windows between corridors and group or WC rooms.
