Plate-based single-cell RNA sequencing of 3,840 human T cells

Technische Universität Berlin is procuring plate-based single-cell RNA library preparation and sequencing for 3,840 human T cells. The contract includes ten 384-well plates preloaded with lysis buffer, full-length RNA sequencing and sequencing data identifiable by plate and individual cell. The service is to be performed for the Institute of Immunology at University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel.
