Civil engineering works for blower renewal at Hof wastewater treatment plant – Lot B1

Summary

Abwasserverband Saale is procuring preparatory civil engineering works for the renewal of blowers at the Hof wastewater treatment plant, as specialist package B1. The works include a temporary partition in the air intake duct, demolition of six reinforced-concrete strip foundations and five intake filter boxes, removal and reinstatement of about 32 m² of floor finishes, tiling of about 32 m² of floor and 1.5 m² of wall, and construction of four intake openings in the duct wall. The package also includes dust containment, site setup and removal of approximately 16 tonnes of demolition waste.
