School projects to strengthen students’ skills

Summary

Havelland County is procuring the design and delivery of three school projects to strengthen students’ skills under the “Türöffner: Zukunft-Beruf 2022” programme. Lot 1 is a workshop for two classes of approximately 25 trainee opticians each, focused on customer advice and sales conversations in preparation for oral examinations. Lot 2 provides career-orientation activities for approximately 20 learners at a vocational school in Friesack during the 2026/27 school year, covering motivation, strengths, resilience, practical experience and simulated job interviews. Lot 3 is a professional customer-contact workshop for three first-year retail classes of 19, 24 and 22 trainees, addressing personal presentation and sales conversations.
