New early-intervention, housing and administrative building – Lot 19.1 heating, ventilation and cooling systems

Summary

Lebenshilfe Meißen e.V. is procuring heating, ventilation and cooling installations for a new early-intervention, housing and administrative building in Meißen, under Lot 19.1. The works include a 75 kW brine-to-water heat pump, hot-water and buffer storage, approximately 590 m of stainless-steel pipework, around 1,530 m² of underfloor heating, ventilation equipment and ductwork, a split cooling system, and 42 core drillings. Work is scheduled to start on 15 February 2027 and finish by calendar week 11 of 2028.
