Tender detail
Lake water quality and groundwater quality and soil gas monitoring
Summary
The procurement covers monitoring the water and sediment quality of Lake Runstedt (Lot 1) and the groundwater and soil gas in the Großkayna area (Lot 2) in 2027, with an option to continue in 2028. The work includes sampling water, sediment, groundwater and soil gas, followed by chemical and physical laboratory analyses and, for Lot 1, biological analyses as well. Under Lot 1, depth profiles are to be measured at five lake monitoring stations, with water analyses at three stations; water is also to be examined at one shoreline station. There are 17 depth-profile measurement rounds, approximately monthly to every two weeks, and five sampling rounds. Lot 2 involves annual groundwater sampling in August or September from 16 monitoring stations in 2027 and 30 in 2028, as well as quarterly sampling at three soil-gas monitoring stations. The contractor must provide the field and laboratory results and records, use some prescribed Excel templates, and, for groundwater monitoring, prepare import tables, update time series, and document and analyse the sampling. Assessment of the chemical and physical results themselves is not required. Exact bidder qualification and compliance requirements must be checked in the official tender documents.
