Cleaning services for the Jobcentre

Summary

Landkreis Celle is procuring cleaning services for Jobcenter premises at two locations and for the Werkakademie in Celle. The current cleaning area is 4,514.41 m², corresponding to an annual cleaning area of 1,117,030.88 m²; the scope includes routine cleaning and additional special and post-construction cleaning as required. The contract is scheduled to run from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with an option for one extension of up to 12 months.
