The Medical University of Pleven is procuring, in one lot, a subscription to a digital learning system for 2,200 medical students. The platform must provide a comprehensive library covering the full medical curriculum across preparatory, pre-clinical and clinical years, in Bulgarian and English, with learning, medical multimedia catalogue, content retention, student progress, testing and examination, and administration modules. The service also includes support for introducing digital education; the estimated contract value is EUR 582,000.
