Supply of Two Vehicles for Collecting and Transporting Biodegradable Waste

The procurement is for two new waste-collection and transport vehicles for the Municipality of Vidin, to collect separately gathered household biodegradable waste. One vehicle must have a 7 m³ body capacity and the other a 16 m³ capacity. Delivery is to the former military site near Baba Vida Fortress in Vidin. The estimated value is EUR 261,998.74. The bidder must demonstrate that it delivered at least two new category N cargo vehicles, or equivalent vehicles, during the three years before submitting its bid. The delivery period must be between 2 and 90 calendar days; price carries 60% of the evaluation and delivery time 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but the performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. The bid submission deadline is 29 October 2026.
