RISM consultations and specialist assessment of the Jasna Góra Monastery Archive collections

Summary

The Fryderyk Chopin Institute is procuring substantive consultations and specialist expert assessment of the Jasna Góra Monastery Archive collections in the RISM database using Muscat. The work is divided into four lots: consultations in Lots 1–2 and specialist assessments in Lots 3–4. It includes regular archive visits to verify selected files against their contents, completeness, the thematic catalogue, RISM records and scans; at least 30 visit days are planned. Each contract lasts 30 months, no later than 31 May 2029, with a limit of 1,200 hours per lot in Lots 1–2 (maximum 40 hours per month) and 1,350 hours per lot in Lots 3–4 (maximum 45 hours per month).
