Conformity assessment reports for investment projects across seven lots

Summary

Targovishte Municipality is procuring services in seven lots to prepare reports assessing investment projects’ compliance with the essential requirements for construction works. The work includes, where applicable, assessing the structural-design part at technical and working-design stages and preparing a comprehensive conformity report. The lots cover buildings, two buildings designated as locally significant cultural heritage, an indoor swimming pool and water and sewer network works, an additional water source, and transport infrastructure projects in construction categories II, III and IV. Examples include building repairs, streets and roads, parking areas and pedestrian zones. The estimated total value is EUR 75,000. The proposed time to prepare each report must not exceed 15 calendar days, and price is the sole award criterion for each lot. Offers must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the relevant lot’s contract value, excluding VAT. The municipality may omit projects from a lot if the need for their assessment ceases.
