Supply of new electric buses and delivery and installation of charging stations

Summary

Vratsa Municipality is procuring new electric buses and charging stations in three lots: Lot 1 is for four electric buses 6.5–8.5 metres long; Lot 2 is for four electric buses 11.5–12.5 metres long; and Lot 3 is for two fast-charging stations for electric vehicles, including delivery and installation. The bus supplier must also carry out the registration and other procedures needed to put the buses into use, provide warranty-period servicing and maintenance, and train the contracting authority’s staff after the first bus is delivered. The technical requirements are set out in the tender documents for each lot. The planned delivery period is 150 days for each lot. The deadline for electronic bids is 29 October 2026, and bids must remain valid for six months. No bid guarantee is required. Participation is subject to lot-specific turnover and previous supply experience requirements. Lots 1 and 2 are evaluated on price, energy consumption, warranty period and bus technical characteristics; price is the only award criterion for Lot 3. The successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee of 3% of the contract value excluding VAT.
