Renovation of the Szentes Multidisciplinary Centre

The University of Szeged is procuring renovation works at the former neurology building of the Szentes Multidisciplinary Centre, to expand its musculoskeletal rehabilitation department by 18 beds, bringing its capacity to 43. The works cover 466.94 m² and include nine two-bed patient rooms, four of them accessible, related clinical and staff facilities, building and engineering works, medical-gas systems, fire-safety measures, and roof renovation. The procurement is a single lot, with a planned completion period of nine months.
