Energy-efficiency renovation of residential Block F1 in Lupeni

Summary

The Municipality of Lupeni is procuring, in one lot, energy-efficiency renovation works for residential Block F1 on Viitorului Street, a five-storey building with 64 households and 5,530 m² of floor area. The works include façade, roof and basement-ceiling insulation; replacement of exterior windows and doors; roof and rainwater drainage repairs; photovoltaic panels and LED stairwell lighting; and related accessibility, safety and reinstatement works. The project targets a 65.71% reduction in annual primary energy consumption and a 67.70% reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions. The estimated contract value is RON 5,836,005.25.
