Summary
Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Clinics procured 36 months of support and development services for its existing WordPress-based intranet. The scope included maintenance and updates, incident resolution, user and administrator support, development and testing of new features, and integrations, including a planned connection with the hospital’s ELI system. The offer form listed 200 preliminary development hours; the hospital was not required to order all development hours.
