Folding beds for collective protection facilities II

Summary

Biržai District Municipality is purchasing 1,796 folding beds for collective protection facilities to provide temporary accommodation for evacuated people. The beds must be delivered to Mokyklos g. 3, Pačeriaukštė village, within three months after the contract takes effect. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids are evaluated on price; the comparable price, including VAT, must not exceed EUR 55,300. Each bed must measure approximately 200 × 75 × 45 cm when unfolded, with tolerances of ±10, ±10 and ±5 cm respectively, and no more than 120 × 30 × 15 cm when folded. It must weigh no more than 10 kg and support at least 120 kg. The folding frame must be stable and made of rust-resistant steel or aluminium, and the bed must be quick to unfold and assemble without tools. The sleeping surface must be dark-coloured, durable, flexible and easy to clean, made of polyester or an equivalent material. Each bed must come with a compact carrying bag with a handle. The beds must be new, properly labelled and packed for transport, and must have a warranty of at least 24 months. The bid must include the completed bid form and European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), the completed technical-specification table, and an illustration of the bed. The bid must be in Lithuanian and properly signed. Manufacturer evidence of compliance and Lithuanian-language operating, servicing and maintenance instructions must be provided at delivery. This is a green procurement: any secondary packaging must be recyclable and/or homogeneous, and supporting evidence must be supplied with the goods. No bidder qualification criteria or quality or environmental management system standards are imposed; the exclusion grounds set out in the tender documents apply.
