Construction and reconstruction of sports facilities and utility networks in Biržai – Stage I

The tender covers Stage I construction and reconstruction of sports facilities, water supply and wastewater networks, and other engineering structures at Vytauto Street 47 in Biržai. The works include site preparation and earthworks, accessibility indicators, curbs, pedestrian and stair surfaces, basketball and volleyball areas, running and run-up areas, a long-jump pit, an interactive play-area surface and equipment, small architectural features, sports-area equipment and foundations, and lighting networks. The offer price must not exceed EUR 500,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 605,000 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and the contract uses a fixed-price model. The offer must include the completed offer form, the European Single Procurement Document and the priced schedule of works. The bidder must demonstrate the required experience with works worth at least EUR 350,000 and appoint at least one suitably qualified construction specialist or architect. The contractor must apply an ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent environmental management system. The offer must remain valid for at least 90 days from the submission deadline.
