Supply of two 110/10/10 kV, 40 MVA power transformers

Summary

The procurement is for two 110/10/10 kV, 40 MVA power transformers. The transformers must comply with the technical specification in the procurement documents. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids will be evaluated on the basis of the price-quality ratio. This is a negotiated procedure with prior publication: suppliers first submit applications, after which invited candidates submit bids and take part in negotiations. The supplier must demonstrate that, during the last three years—or since registration if it has operated for less than three years—it has supplied power transformers worth at least EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. A penalty of 1% of the contract price excluding VAT applies as security for the final bid. Products originating in third countries must not exceed 50% of the total value of all offered products. The supplier, product-origin and national-security checks set out in the procurement documents also apply.
