XXS-size harvester and forwarder package with maintenance and repair services

Summary

The procurement covers one XXS-size compact harvester and forwarder package, including a trailer suitable for transporting timber, tree-cutting shears, and technical maintenance and repair services. The machines must be new, series-produced and manufactured in 2027 or later, and delivered within 12 months of the contract taking effect. They will be used for forestry work supporting the conservation and improvement of biodiversity. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bidders must offer the complete package. Among the technical requirements, the engines must provide at least 55 kW and 270 Nm and meet Stage V emissions requirements or equivalent. The harvester must have a manipulator reach of at least 6.0 m and a harvesting head; the forwarder must have a load capacity of at least 5,000 kg and its trailer a capacity of at least 4,000 kg. Both machines must have remotely controlled preheating, work-data collection and transmission systems, and user training. Their mobile applications and data systems must meet the specified cybersecurity, authentication, logging and updating requirements. At least 4 employees must be trained to use each machine’s data system; additionally, 4 harvester operators must each receive at least 32 hours of training, and 4 forwarder operators at least 24 hours each. The bid must identify the exact models and provide evidence of their technical specifications. Maintenance and repair services are priced for use up to 18,000 operating hours; warranty-period maintenance is also included in the pricing schedule. Price is the sole basis for evaluation, weighted as follows: harvester 25%, forwarder 25%, and maintenance and repair services 50%. The bid submission deadline was extended to 20 October 2026 at 9:00.
