Mobile communications contract for the Austrian Integration Fund

Summary

The Austrian Integration Fund is procuring mobile communications services under a contract of indefinite duration. The scope includes the provision, migration or porting, and operation of voice and data SIM connections, with tariff and SIM management and service management covering administration, incident and problem management, reporting, and SLA monitoring. The notice specifies 350 SIM cards as a binding quantity and a further 350 as an optional quantity; the number of connections may also be adjusted during the contract, with a possible expansion of up to 700 additional SIM cards. Smartphones may be ordered optionally.
