Mesh-back swivel chairs 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement is for swivel chairs with mesh backs and metal frames for 2027–2028. Deliveries will be made to various Vienna municipal offices and, occasionally, to locations in Lower Austria and Styria. A 20-month framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier, with an expected start date of 1 January 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 19 October 2026. Partial, alternative and modified bids are not accepted, and each bidder may submit only one bid. Price is the only award criterion: the total price for item 1, excluding VAT, will be evaluated.
