Patent information system support, maintenance and development services

Summary

The Lithuanian State Patent Bureau is procuring support, maintenance and development services for its patent register and electronic services information system. The work covers maintenance and fault resolution for three interdependent system components, user support, changes and development, software updates, data restoration and documentation updates. The minimum volume is 100 hours per month; services will be provided for up to 36 months or until the contract value of EUR 250,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever comes first. The procurement is not divided into lots.
