Rental of Screens, LED Displays and Projection Solutions

Summary

VRT is procuring temporary screen solutions under a two-lot framework agreement, including the necessary equipment, supply, installation, configuration and customary setup and dismantling. Lot 1 covers standalone standard screens and simpler solutions, such as monitors, televisions, digital information displays, smaller LED screens and projectors. Lot 2 covers complex integrated solutions, including video walls, LED walls, monitor walls, projection systems and multiscreen setups. The framework agreements are planned for 48 months; mini-competitions will be held among the selected framework contractors for specific requirements, and no minimum purchase volume is guaranteed.
