Booking and provision of planned taxi journeys for passengers with reduced mobility

Summary

The Belgian National Railway Company (SNCB) is procuring, for an eight-year period, the booking, coordination and provision of planned taxi journeys for passengers with reduced mobility. The service is intended to ensure continuity of travel when passengers cannot be carried by train and includes suitable vehicles and appropriately trained drivers. The contract is divided into two lots: the northern lot covers Flanders and Brussels, and the southern lot covers Wallonia and Brussels. The estimated total value is EUR 5,665,000.
