The Municipality of Vratsa is procuring promotional materials for its Youth Activities Centre and the “Vratsa Youth Centre – Creating Together” project in two lots. Lot 1 includes items such as banners, signs, stickers, wristbands, bags, pens, badges, umbrellas and notebooks; Lot 2 includes stickers, printed clothing, folders, calendars, notebooks and gift bags.
