The Constanța navigable canals administration is procuring fuel for its vehicles and equipment under a single-lot, 48-month framework agreement with one supplier. The supply includes standard diesel for vehicles and equipment, premium diesel for vehicles, and standard petrol for vessels and equipment. Free, value-unlimited fuel cards will be issued for each vehicle and linked to its registration number and the buyer’s name; fuel will be collected at the supplier’s stations. The framework covers an estimated 381,600–471,200 litres, with an estimated value of RON 3,298,176–4,071,712 excluding VAT.
