Wood pellet supply to primary schools in Surowe and Czarnia

Summary

The tender covers the supply of approximately 137 tonnes of wood pellets over six months to the boiler rooms of primary schools in Surowe and Czarnia: an estimated 37 tonnes for Surowe and 100 tonnes for Czarnia. Deliveries will be made in batches as needed, at the supplier’s cost and risk, and the supplier must unload the pellets. A vehicle suitable for pellet transport with pneumatic unloading is required, with a connection hose at least 5 m long. An individual delivery is estimated at about 16.5 tonnes; at the Czarnia school, manual loading of up to about 5 tonnes into the storage area is permitted. Orders must be fulfilled between 8:00 and 15:00, and the bid must state a delivery lead time of 24 to 120 hours from the order. The pellets must have a diameter of 6 ± 1 mm and a length of 31–40 mm, bulk density above 600 kg/m³, calorific value of at least 17 MJ/kg, moisture content below 10%, ash content below 0.5%, and fines content below 0.5%. DINplus or ENplus A1 certification is required, and a quality certificate must accompany every delivery. The bidder must substantiate the pellet parameters with documents from an independent assessment body or laboratory, based on tests or analyses performed within the six months before the bid is submitted. The bidder must also demonstrate experience completing at least one wood-pellet supply contract properly during the previous three years, with a total delivery volume of at least 60 tonnes. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points) and the lead time for a single delivery (40 points). Final payment will be based on actual deliveries and unit prices; the estimated quantity may change. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The contracting authority may hold negotiations. Partial bids are not permitted.
