Summary

Vilnius Gediminas Technical University is procuring an integrated administration service for VILNIUS TECH student dormitories as a single, indivisible contract. The service covers resident accommodation and records, building and engineering-system maintenance and repairs, emergency response, cleaning and upkeep of shared areas and grounds, and public-order arrangements. Dormitories No. 1, 3 and 4 are to be served for 36 months from 1 January 2027; dormitory No. 5 will be added after renovation, no earlier than 1 March 2028, for a planned service period of 22 months. The procurement is not divided into lots.
