Renewal and reactivation of technical support services for Oracle licences

Summary

The Romanian Authority for the Digitalization is procuring, in a single lot, the renewal or reactivation and provision for 24 months of technical support for its existing Oracle software licences. The service includes Software Update License & Support benefits and specialist assistance with installation, configuration, administration, updates, patches, upgrades, monitoring, optimisation and maintenance. No new software licences are being purchased; support will be provided mainly remotely, with any required on-site work taking place in Bucharest.
