Supply of medical training simulators

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in 24 lots, of medical training simulators for Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. The items include, among others, ophthalmoscopy, flexible bronchoscopy and otoscopy simulators; simulators for gynaecological procedures, EEG, injections, intubation, airway management, lumbar puncture, paracentesis and thoracentesis; and a simulator with haptic feedback. Lot quantities range from one to two units. Technical requirements are set out in the tender documents. The estimated total value is RON 3,110,800 excluding VAT, and the submission deadline is 9 October 2026. The tenderer must supply products meeting the technical specifications and submit a technical proposal and delivery schedule. Tenders are evaluated on price (40%), warranty (20%), service response time (20%) and delivery time (20%). A delivery period of under 60 days receives the maximum delivery score. The tender must state the warranty period and service response time and, where applicable, include a commitment to provide technical support during any extended warranty. The basic warranty is at least 12 months for lots 17, 18 and 23, and 24 months for the other lots. Tenderers must meet the qualification and exclusion requirements and provide the required declarations and evidence.
