Summary

Sibelga is procuring security services for 42 sites—3 operational sites and 39 technical sites—in the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region. The services include static and mobile guarding, virtual patrols, monitoring and alarm management, and responses to alarms. The procurement is not divided into lots and will establish a cascade framework agreement with two ranked contractors, with the reserve contractor called upon if the active contractor fails.
