The Pardubice Region is procuring, in one lot, design documentation and the designer’s supervision for a new four-storey youth residence at the Ke Tvrzi site in Pardubice. The planned building includes accommodation and shared facilities, leisure and study spaces, a terrace, an outdoor workout area and a green roof, as well as parking, bicycle storage and waste facilities.
