Framework agreement for urban environment communications

Summary

The City of Hasselt is procuring a framework agreement for communications relating to urban and community environments, with a maximum value of EUR 347,107.44. Lot 1 covers strategic advice and coordination for urban development, mobility, infrastructure, public spaces, climate, energy and sustainability matters. Lot 2 covers the creative development and practical delivery of communications, including content and campaign production and support for participation activities. The planned term runs from 1 March 2027 to 27 February 2032.
