Supply of printer toner, ink cartridges and drums (repeated tender)

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, as needed over one year, of new, original and non-refurbished printer toner cartridges, ink cartridges and printer drums. Products and prices must follow the specification in the amended Annex 3 to the tender documents. The estimated contract value is CZK 3,500,000 excluding VAT; including changes reserved for in the contract, the value is CZK 3,850,000 excluding VAT. The quantity purchased may be up to 10% higher or lower than the estimated quantity. If production of a product ends, the supplier must notify the buyer immediately, provide confirmation from the manufacturer and propose a replacement meeting the same requirements at a price no higher than that of the replaced product. The sole award criterion is the lowest price excluding VAT, and bids will be assessed through an electronic auction. The bid submission deadline is 6 November 2026 at 10:00.
